I wanted to exchange from Size Small to XS.
They tried to charge me $11 shipping fee again for “size exchange” for me to send the item back to them when the product itself was about $80 ($89 original, first shopper discount was applied). They said “small fee” in the email but that is almost 15% of the item price for shipping, which I already paid at the time of purchase. I did not ask for a return of the item, just an exchange of a size so I can enjoy my item in the right size. Clearly they did not care about customer satisfaction. E-commerce usually does not charge shipping twice for a size exchange so this was a new experience for me. When I raised my concerns, they ignored my email.
